Charlotte was born in Malawi, Africa, where her parents, Roland and Wanda Hayes were missionaries. She married her high school sweetheart, Mike and is a mother to five and Grammy to twelve. She has 30+ years of experience in child development, including teaching and directing all ages of children at different churches (The Branch Church, Irving Bible Church) and in different Pre-school settings. God has blessed Charlotte with many wonderful resources over the years, and she believes that the first years of life are so critical in the development of becoming the people God wants us to be. She is excited to see what God has in store for Hayes School this year- to Him be all the Glory!
Chelsea has a degree in business from The University of Texas at Arlington. She has a background in finance. She and her husband, Shane, have 3 boys and 1 girl and attend Irving Bible Church. She loves working with families and helping students to learn more about God and the world around them.
Rebekah and her husband, Jaron, have 2 daughters. Rebekah graduated from Christ for the Nations Bible Institute with a degree in Practical Theology. She is the Assistant to the Campus Minister at The Branch Church Vista Ridge Campus, and is excited to partner with The Hayes School of Wonder to create a learning environment for preschoolers to grow and flourish as they begin their educational journey.

Becky grew up in Southern Illinois, but ended up in Texas after attending Harding University, where she met her husband, Micah. She taught elementary music, worked in preschools, and has been a nanny. She has 2 children, loves music (especially singing). She is blessed to serve on the worship team at The Branch Church. She also enjoys reading, baking, and being outside with her family.
Rachel grew up in Richardson, TX and graduated from Abilene Christian University with a Bachelor’s in Education. She is married to Jordan and they attend and serve at The Village Church Plano campus. Rachel grew up wanting to teach because of the wonderful teachers she had. She loves learning and wants to instill that love in children. She is looking forward to learning along with her class this year.
Hannah is from Lumberton, TX. She moved to Dallas to attend Christ for the Nations Bible Institute where she graduated with a degree in Practical Theology. She and her husband, Garrett, attend and serve at the Upper Room Church. She has always loved working with children. When God opened up the door to teach at HSW, it couldn't have been a better fit.
Amy grew up in Massachuesetts and dedicated her life to Christ in March of 1974. She went to Oklahoma Christian College and has an Associates degree in Secretarial of Science. She is married to Carl and they attend and serve at The Branch Church - Vista Ridge Campus. She is excited to be teaching the three's this year!
Chandra lives in Carrollton with her husband, Derrick, and their three children. She attends The Branch Church - Farmers Branch campus and has her Texas Teachers certificate, specializing in early childhood education.
Breanna grew up in Frisco, TX and was home schooled her whole life. She attends and serves at The Branch Church - Vista Ridge Campus, along with her parents and three sisters. Breanna has been serving in children's ministry and baby-sitting since the 6th grade. She is excited to start this new chapter in her life and to see her kids grow and love Jesus more every day!
Macy grew up in Carrollton, TX and graduated from Newman Smith High School. She attends and serves at The Branch Church - Vista Ridge Campus. Macy has been serving in children's ministry since 8th grade. She is excited and ready to start this new chapter in her life. She can't wait to watch her children grow and learn to love Jesus.
Hannah is an army brat that has had the opportunity to live in several places growing up, including Landstuhl, Germany. She and her husband, Chase, have 3 sons and attend The Branch Church - Vista Ridge Campus. She is excited to join the HSW staff and watch and nurture children's love of the Lord, learning and others.
